Return policy
Unfortunately, as we are such a small business and due to the nature of our work we are unable accept returns or exchanges at this time. Non-returnable items include all sale items, jewellery, custom pieces, gift cards or any other products sold on this site. Exchanges are only accepted if an item is faulty or damaged and this is determined on a case-by-case basis. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged item please follow the procedure listed below regarding faulty items.
Faulty policy
Every item is meticulously inspected before being securely packed with love and care. In the rare case that you receive a faulty item please contact us within 48 hours of arrival. If this timeframe has past, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Please send an email to containing photographic evidence of the damaged item and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
